Conditions and Rates


          MINIMUM STAY PERIODS AND PRICES

         The minimum stay periods at la Mar are 6 nights in high season, 3 nights in mid season and 2 nights in  low season.

         For special conditions please contact La Mar.

         The daily price for guests for the entire house varies depending on the different seasons, ranging between 200 and 300 € per night.

         Discounts for longer stays: 3% weekly and 10% monthly.


            SECURITY DEPOSIT 

          A security deposit of 400 € will be charged at the time of booking, which will be refunded within 3  days of the end of the stay, after  inspection of the premises.

           If any damage has occurred, its cost will be deducted from the deposit.


         

         

CONDITIONS AND SCHEDULES

The check-in time will be from 16:00 and check-out until 12:00. However, any possible change may be arranged, subject to prior agreement with La Mar.

On the agreed departure day, the keys will be collected in person. We kindly ask that if any damage has occurred, it be reported at that time so that it can be remedied before the arrival of new guests and so that they may find the accommodation in perfect condition.

La Mar undertakes to hand over the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness and use, and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any unforeseen circumstances or special needs that may arise.

Upon the guests' arrival, the house and its facilities will be shown to them in order to confirm that everything is in perfect condition.

Guests occupying the house must provide La Mar with all the documentation and data required to submit the report to the Travellers' Documentary Register (Royal Decree 933/2021).

The booking amount (50%) must be paid 15 days before the start date of the accommodation period. The remainder will be paid in cash or  by immediate bank transfer at the time of key handover.



RULES OF LA MAR

Guests staying at the house agree to comply with the following rules:

          1. Under no circumstances may the number of people staying at La Mar exceed the number indicated at the time of booking. If guests receive visitors, they may not spend the night at the house. La Mar reserves the right of admission or cancellation of the booking if this rule is not respected.
          2. Bachelor/bachelorette parties,  parties and events of any kind are not permitted. If you wish to rent the facilities for a specific event, please consult with La Mar.
          3. No activities that are annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or unlawful may be carried out.
          4. As a matter of civic respect, noise and music must be kept to a considerate level from 00:00 onwards, particularly outside the house.
          5. La Mar is not responsible for the loss or forgetting of items in the house.
          6. Guests are responsible for the proper behaviour of all persons accompanying them.
          7. Please keep the house, furniture and belongings tidy, orderly and clean.
          8. The facilities shall be kept in perfect working condition and each item in its original place. Should any damage occur to the facilities or their contents, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the initial security deposit. 
          9. If guests bring pets, they will be responsible for preventing them from accessing the interior of the house, as well as for their pet's actions towards third parties.
          10. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the house, and great caution must be taken when doing so in the outdoor area, due to the large number of trees in the surroundings and the risk of causing a fire.
          11. The use of the fireplace, with care, is permitted. We will leave firewood as a courtesy, ready for first use. Should you require more, please contact La Mar.
